All weddings are special but this one was extra special. When your best friend daughter asked you to help plan their wedding the pressure is on. I have known this gorgeous bride since she was a little girl. To be a part of such a milestone in her life was more than a blessing it was an honor.

May weddings are always a challenge to plan because you never know what Alberta weather will bring. This wedding was filled with cherry blossoms, sunshine and most of all love. The day was filled with heart felt moments. From their first look to their first dance as husband and wife this day was nothing short of spectacular. The word of the day was BABE. Inside joke!

It was such a great party that the last people to leave where the bride and groom. I sat on the steps waiting with them till their cab arrived. The smiles on their face was all the thank you I needed. Not to mention when they both look at you and say “my feet hurt”. You know it was good party.
