Remember how I said I love firsts. Not so much this one but looking back on it I can laugh. The ceremony was just shy of an hour late. Why? because the mother of the bride went missing. She wasn’t really missing more like she got lost on her way to the ceremony site. We had groomsmen on every corner for a 5 block radius trying to spot her driving around in circle in the Edmonton downtown core. We weren’t sure if these two were ever going to get married due to the officiant needing to get to another wedding. Luckily we did find mom and they did get married. It wasn’t the only thing that went missing though. You know it was one hell of a party when shoes and room keys went missing.
